If you don't take care of your body, where are you going to live?

Hey, Chuck Lubeck here!
Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am a native of Chicago, who now resides in Augusta Georgia with my beautiful wife and family. My farewell to my dance career came at the end of 13 years of touring as the dance supervisor for the national tour of Cats. 16 of my 20 years of dance was spent on the road and I know that the demands of touring and performing at the highest level took a toll on my body. Receiving massage therapy provided me the means to travel and perform, and more impressively, resolved debilitating low back pain that prevented me from performing. Like my dance career, I have been fortunate to mentor and work with many leaders in the massage and bodywork industry.
Now, with twenty-five plus years in the field of massage/bodywork, I have accrued tens of thousands of hours of clinical experience, utilizing modalities that address chronic pain and mobility issues, as well as holding a massage school instructor position since 2001. Extreme Performance Bodywork is the result of accumulating modalities that have proven to produce amazing results in addressing pain and immobility. The emphasis is to address the cause of pain patterns, rather than focusing on the symptoms. Extreme Performance Bodywork is a collection of modalities that is always being expanded as new proven modalities that target pain and immobility are introduced into the manual therapy field.
The unique approach and desired effect of each modality are strategically applied in response to the needs of the client.
My approach to bodywork is simple…
Be a life long learner! On average, I obtain 80+ hour of continuing education every 2 years (LMT’s are only required to obtain 24 continuing education credit every 2 years)
Never get married! To one technique, modality or approach to bodywork.
Compare everything! Is one approach really superior when compared to another.
